Once access to a course has been granted—whether free or paid—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Eligibility for Refund (Technical Issue Only)
In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered only in the event of a verified technical issue (such as inability to access the course due to a platform error).
Such requests will be reviewed solely at the discretion of our support team and may require submission of relevant evidence.
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

- Accidental purchase
